* Ingredients :
°1 Pillsbury pizza dough
°8 slice deli ham
°10 slice Genoa salami
°12 slice pepperoni sandwich
°8 slice provolone or mozzarella
°2 tsp of butter
°2 garlic gloves
°2 tsp chopped parsley
°3 tsp of parmesan
Melting butter in the microwave & mix in mince garlic, parsley & parmesan. put apart
I line my baking sheet with paper.
Stretch pizza crust to almost size of your baking sheet.
Layer charcuterie. I begin with ham, then the salami follow by pepperoni.
Spreading cheese last.
Rolling Stromboli lengthwise & make sure to seal seam well.
Seal ends well. Pinch them & mold excess dough on underside of Stromboli.
Score the top a few times with a serrated knife (to allow steam to escape while cooking).
Top Stromboli with garlic butter mixture.
Baking Stromboli as directed on back of the pizza dough you are use.
+I found this to be same cook time as using it for regular pizza...however, you will not cooking it as direct on tube.
+I knowing typical Stromboli has red sauce but I don't like it inside, I like to dip mine in it! You can very well use it indoors if you wished!
