*INGREDIENTS
+GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
°1.5 c graham crackers, crush
°1 stick butter (1/2 c)
°1/2 c sugar
+CREAM-CHEESE LAYER
°1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
°2 cups heavy cream
°1/4 cup sugar
+PUDDING LAYER
°2.5 cups of milk
°2 small packages instant butterscotch pudding
+WHIPPED CREAM LAYER
°1 cup heavy cream
°3 tablespoons powdered sugar
+TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)
°Caramel ice cream topping
°Chocolate bar, shaved
*INSTRUCTIONS
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Blending graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar.
Pressue mix to the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Baking for 15 minutes.
CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
Using hand mixer to beat cream cheese also sugar until fluffy.
Add 2 cups heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
Spreading on cool graham cracker crust.
PUDDING LAYER:
Whisking milk and pudding mix. If too thick, adding a milk. You want it thicker than pudding, but not so thicken that you can't pour or smooth your pudding layer.
Spreading on cream cheese layer.
WHIPPED CREAM LAYER:
Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar, until soft peaks form.
Spread over pudding layer.
Chill 4 hours in the fridge
