*Ingredients:
°1 head of chopped cabbage
°1 chopped onion
°2 tsp. mince garlic
°5 piece bacon, cooked & crumbled
Reserve bacon
°½ tsp. onion powder
°½ tsp. garlic powder
°Salt and pepper to taste
*Methods :
Cooking bacon & set it aside to cool, & drizzle bacon fat.
Putting bacon fat in deep saucepan or skillet, & cooking onions to softened.
Adding garlic to the pot also stir for other 30 seconds.
Reduce heat to medium-low & adding cabbage to pot. Stirring and then covering Simmer to cabbage is soft.
Adding garlic powder, onion powder, salt also pepper to taste. Frying another 2-3 minutes.
Adding crumbled bacon to top of cabbage and serving
