*Ingredients
°baby carrots
°1 potato
°3 tablespoons creole spices
°1 tablespoon black pepper
°2 tablespoons onion powder
°1 tbsp garlic powder
°1 tablespoon of celery crisps
°1 tbsp parsley
°1 cup of water
*Methods :
Chop potatoes and carrots
Roast beef – season with ingredients and sauté in a pan over the stove
Arranged in a gratin dish
Add a cup of water
Add more Creole spices to taste and cover with foil
Bake at 350 degrees for two and a half hours
Remove pan – add carrots and potatoes
Return to oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes or as desired.
