*Ingredients:
° 2 c flour
° 2 t black pepper
° 2 t paprika
° 4 t garlic salt
° ½ t poultry seasoning mix
° 1 c buttermilk
° 2 eggs
*Methods
FIRST STEP:
In bowl, blending beaten eggs with the buttermilk
In other bowl, blend flour, poultry season, garlic salt, paprika also black pepper, then place in ziploc bag
SECOND STEP:
Placing chicken pieces in bag and shake bag to coat all pieces
Removing chicken and dip every piece in the egg mixture
THIRD STEP:
Dip every piece of chicken to flour mix one more time, shaking off excess.
Heat oil in heavy bottomed skillet to 375*
FOURTH STEP:
Brown chicken on every side & lower heat in the pan.
Allow chicken to continue cook for 20 to 30 min, depend on the size.
FIFTH STEP:
The internal temperature of chicken should reach 165* before serve.
Drain on paper towel & serving
