°3-4 russet potatoes, cut into wedges
°4 tsp of olive oil
°2 t of salt
°2 t garlic powder
°2 t Italian seasoning
°½ c grated parmesan
+optional: fresh ranch parsley (or cilantro) or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Preheat oven to 375. Greased baking sheet & set apart
Placing potato wedge in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil & tossing to coat well. In bowl, whisking the salt, garlic powder & Italian seasoning. Sprinking potato wedges with cheese, toss to coat, & sprinkling with seasoning mix.
Placing potato wedges on prepared baking sheet in single layer with skin side down. Baking for 25 to 35 min Sprinkling with freshly chop parsley and dressing for dip.
