°2 teaspoons seasoning flicks (see notes)
°1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (see notes)
°1 teaspoon salt and crushed black pepper
°1/8 teaspoon honey
°1 T butter
°1 T oil
*steps
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add steak. Cook undisturbed for 3 minutes. Gently flip skillet until browned on all sides, 7-8 minutes. Remove from fire and set aside.
Season shrimp with jerk and creole seasoning. Mix well. The color should start to turn red. Add butter to the skillet, then add the shrimp. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Add honey. Cook an extra minute. Removal. The shrimp will finish cooking in the last step.
In the same pan, add sweet pepper. Cook for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Stir frequently so as not to burn. Add the steaks and shrimp back to the skillet. My heart blend.
Add broth/water and all remaining seasonings. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer to enhance the flavor. Serve over white or yellow rice. Sprinkle with green onions, black pepper and/or coriander. do it!
