°1 can of pineapple
°140 g of butter
°150 g of sugar
°5 eggs
°200 g of flour
°1 packet of dry yeast
°4 tbsp. liquid caramel
°7 cherries (optional)
*Preparation
Step 1 - Easy upside-down pineapple cake Pour caramel into the bottom of the buttered pan. Arrange pineapple slices on top.
Step 2 - Easy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Place a cherry in each pineapple slice hole (optional).
Step 3 - Easy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Beat the butter with the sugar until it has a creamy consistency. Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 4 - Easy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Then add the flour and baking powder, and mix well.
Step 5 - Easy upside-down pineapple cake Pour this preparation into the mould.
Step 6 - Easy upside-down pineapple cake Put in the oven for 45 minutes at 180°C.
Step 7 - Easy pineapple upside-down, your pineapple cake is ready!
