*Ingredients
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°½ teaspoon of baking powder
°a pinch of salt
°1/3 cup butter, at room temperature
°1/3 cup sugar
°1/3 cup frozen blueberries
°1/3 cup white chocolate chips
*Method :
To making purple cookies, combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Heat the blueberries for 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave, stirring after every 30 second interval.
In bowl, beat butter and sugar to light & fluffy. Stir in blueberries & continue beating at high speed.
Stirring in the dry ingredients to blended.
Stirring in white chocolate chips.
Shape 12 balls or a scoop with a rolling pin and place on a baking sheet.
Place in the freezer for about 15 mn and preheat the oven to 400 F.
Bake for 10-13 minutes to edges are lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before placing on a cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
