Baked Chicken Tacos



*INGREDIENTS:

+FOR THE CHICKEN MIX
°Onion, chopped-1
°Garlic cloves, minced-2
°Olive oil-30 ml (2 tbsp)
°Ground chicken-450 g (1 lb)
°Chili seasoning-30 ml (2 tbsp)
°Dried oregano-5 ml (1 tsp)
°Onion salt-2.5 ml (½ tsp)
°Lime juice-5 ml (1 tsp)
°Parsley, chopped-15 ml (1 tbsp)
°Tabasco sauce-To taste
°Taco shells-12
°Salt and pepper-to taste
+FOR GARNISH
°Large iceberg lettuce leaves, chopped-12
°Grated cheddar cheese-100 g (1 cup)
°Avocados, sliced-2
°Tomatoes, diced-130 g (¾ cup)
°Green onions, minced-2
°Sour cream​-180 ml (¾ cup)
°Store-bought salsa-to taste
°Coriander leaves-To taste

*PREPARATION

+FOR THE CHICKEN MIX

Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a skillet, brown the onion and garlic in the oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until it begins to brown.

Add the rest of the ingredients, except the shells. Add salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, place the shells on a baking sheet. Reheat them in the oven for 5 minutes.

FOR GARNISH
In each of the shells, put lettuce, distribute the chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

Top the tacos to taste with the remaining ingredients.
