BACON EGG & HASH BROWN CASSEROLE





*Ingredients

°4 c froz shredded hash browns
°1 pound pork sausage,
°1/2 pound bacon strip
°1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
°1 green onion, chopped
°2 c shredded cheddar cheese
°4 eggs
°3 c 2% milk
°1 cup low fat cookie/baking mix
°1/2 teaspoon of salt

*directions

In  bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; stirring in 1 c cheese. Transfering to  greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
In separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, baking mix and salt until blended; pour over. Sprinkle with rest cheese. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
Preheat the oven to 375°. Remove the pan from the refrigerator while the oven is heating. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Letting stand 10 mn before cut.
