*Apple Pie Enchiladas*



*Ingredients

  °1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
  °6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  °1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  °½ cup of butter
  °½ cup white sugar
  °½ cup brown sugar
  °½ cup of water
 
*Step by step
  
Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter 2-quart baking dish.
Spoon about a quarter cup of pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon; roll up, tucking in the edges; and place seam side down in prepared dish.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, white sugar, brown sugar and water. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and let sit for 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
